FFC AND 2-4-1 CARE LAUNCHING EATS PROGRAM: Fight For Children and 2-4-1 CARE are launching Early Access to Sports (E.A.T.S.) at Garfield Elementary, a free afterschool program giving 1st and 2nd graders the chance to explore multiple sports in a fun, supportive environment. Designed to break barriers to participation, E.A.T.S. fosters confidence, teamwork, and healthy habits through play and nutrition education. Learn more here.
LAUNCHING THE FIGHT FOR CHILDREN COLLABORATIVE: Since 2020, Fight for Children (FFC) and the Center for Healing and Justice through Sport (CHJS) have been transforming youth sports in the DMV. Now, we’re excited to launch the Fight For Children Collaborative.
